Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that there are many different and difficult circumstances that could require you to cancel your trip with us. We always will try to work with you to ensure that there are limited or no penalties, but as a guide, our policy is as follows:

Truckee River

• Cancel with more than 24 hours notice and receive a full refund.
• If you must cancel with 24 hours or less of notice, we will work with you to reschedule your trip.
• If you can not reschedule, you will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation charge
• No call, no shows will not receive a refund.

Carson, Middle and North Fork of the American Rivers

• Cancel with more than 48 hours notice and receive a full refund.
• If you must cancel with less than 48 hours or less of notice, we will work with you to reschedule your trip.
• If you can not reschedule, you will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation charge.
• No call, no shows will not receive a refund.
